AGCO is a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural equipment. Through well-known brands including Fendt™, Massey Ferguson™, PTx™ and Valtra™, AGCO Corporation delivers agricultural solutions to farmers worldwide through a full line of tractors, combine harvesters, hay and forage equipment, seeding and tillage implements, as well as replacement parts.

AGCO’S HISTORY

AGCO was formed in the management buyout of Deutz Allis from the German company Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz AG. Five years earlier, KHD had acquired parts of the farm machine manufacturer Allis-Chalmers. Since that time, AGCO has enjoyed strong growth and become an international farm machine manufacturer through numerous corporate acquisitions and organic growth.

In 2004 AGCO acquired Valtra’s business in Finland and Brazil, and SisuDiesel’s engine plants in  Linnavuori, Nokia, and Mogi das Cruzes in Brazil. In 2008 Sisu Diesel was branded AGCO SISU POWER. In 2012 the brand was renamed into AGCO Power.

Today, AGCO Power’s driving force continues to be enpowering our off-road work partners with award-winning quality, innovation and service.
